My favorite way to do a whole chicken is with the store bought Swiss challet marinade packet soo good my whole family loves it. I really want to try and make the chicken parm sandwiches they looked great

I always do my chicken in the air fryer as well, I do a Honey Garlic BBQ (with S&P to taste) and it's delicious! If you put some of your seasoning for the chicken between the skin& meat, more Flavor will reach the meat ;) Thanks for sharing, everything looks great as always! :)

I just ordered the air fryer. I trend not to use my appliance that often like the instant pot. I normally use it for rice. But that chicken looks good I'll see if it's easier to make it in the air fryer when I receive it.

I understand about the chicken juices. When I deal w/ chx, I just go ahead and assume everything is contaminated and disinfect after! So gross, but chx is so good! Wtg on conquering that!

Any kind of all purpose seasoning would do if you can't find it or order it. It's got a little of everything in it. That butter is amazing!

Hey Taylor.. I’m watching from Detroit 💙 FYI Goya has a complete seasoning that I’m literally obsessed with.. It’s called Sazonador Total.. My store was out of the Badia brand so I picked this one up instead and it’s much more versatile... Badia has the cumin taste which is good but not for everyday .. You should try it and let me know what you think 🥰🥰

I feel like cooking new things multiple times a week would cost alot. Do u spend alot on lots of ingredients to always have new dishes to cook? I know when I try a new recipe I end up spending like $50 on all the ingredients that I need for it. Or do u try to find recipes that include things u already have at ur house ?

I try to make things with things I already have. I have never spent that much to make a single recipe. I post a grocery haul every week if you're curious what I buy.

Another good tip for trying new recipes is to get things with similar ingredients. We base it on what meat is on sale a particular week. So we usually have a lot of beef or chicken in a particular week. If something is on a really good sale I'll stock up, so sometime I don't have to buy meat at all that week.

FYI, tilapia is a farmed fish from China or Vietnam. The water there is dirty and there is no regulation on the fish. I would not feed that to growing children.

Thanks for the input. But I trust nutritionists who say it's fine in moderation. It's an inexpensive fish that allows my family to have a variety of food in our diet.
