Instant pot mashed potatoes are the best!! I use 2 cups chicken broth and 2 cups water and they come out with so much flavor 😋

Everybody on the Aldi facebook group keeps talking about that chicken now I'm really gonna have to try it! I usually go with the one from Trader Joe's when I want already breaded chicken but I know prices at Aldi are probably better.

if your store has the "sandwich" size english muffins, they're great for pizzas. they're just slightly bigger. we use them often for that purpose. english muffin pizzas were something i grew up eating, so the fact that you made them this week made me smile!

It's only a little past 8am but I'm wanting a steak, spaghetti 🍝, chicken sandwich & all the things right now 😂. I make a homemade cheeseburger nac as well. I add Velveeta or a can of cheddar cheese soup & it makes it soooooo creamy, extra cheesy & amazing! I love meals that remind me of my childhood. There's something just so comforting in it. One of my favorites is the pork chops and gravy. You're doing it right either spoon or pour out the oil. Cast iron is heavy and I usually spill😂 then have more of a mess to clean. But worth it. Thanks for the great dinners!

I’ve been meaning to send you another spaghetti sauce recipe. I tried this one a couple of weeks ago and thought it was the best I’ve ever made. Yummy meals. The cast iron skillet & pork chops reminded me of my childhood when my mother cooked pork chops but not in a good way. Her pork chops were all black & burnt on outside but raw with oozing blood on inside. I didn’t eat pork chops for over a decade until I married & my husband kept requesting pork chops so I learned to like them but I still only bake them or put them in crockpot. Your pork chops looked so good.

I swear when you were saute the garlic, spices and onions for the spaghetti sauce I could smell it!😊 cube steak takes me back to my childhood at grandma's, hell yea great food great times💚 Tfs 👍💜 ok I forgot, fry chicken in ur cast iron, then make some gravy girl!! Out of this world👌 worth the smell an pain😂
