I'm a little late to the party, but I just made the Taco Bombs for the first time today. My picky hubby proclaimed they were exceptional! I swapped 96% lean ground beef for the turkey. I bought all the ingredients to make the cheese burger bombs next time. Thank you for all the awesome recipes. Your channel has more recipes that I've tried or plan to try than any other channel. Everything you prepare looks fantastic.

Oh man, we bought that same basmati rice weeks ago and we haven't done anything with it. We'll need ti try this then. We just made beef broccoli two nights ago. It's always so good. Taco bombs?! Whoa, that sounds amazing! I like the idea of using greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Great recipes.

Oh that mac and chees looks so good. I have used different leftover pasta and my girls before didn't care now they do lol. The taco bombs look so delicious I saw someone make them with fat free refried beans and chees but I like yours they look amazing.

If you ever need to use quick rice again in the crock pot, put the rice in last once everything else is about done. It will come out much better. 🙂

Your What’s For Dinner #1 recipes were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I didn’t lose any weight this week - but I didn’t gain any either - which is amazing, given the fact that I had a two-day stress eating blackout that started with a craving for chicken and waffles and ended with my waking up to what may, or may not, have been your chocolate Bundt cake recipe all over my face (I could taste the amaretto icing but the entire Bundt cake was gone.). Bright side: I learned your Shepherd’s Pie freezes really well so I’ll have that this week along with the food from your What’s for Dinner #2. So far, I’ve already messed up the Crock Pot Chicken and Rice Casserole by using the slow cooker setting on my Instant Pot and everything turned out quite… crunchy. But I now have a proper slow cooker and it seems to be cooking up nicely. So now on to the Baked Broccoli Mac & Cheese and the Taco Bombs (which, I must admit, the Taco Bombs are intimidating me somewhat).

Sorry to hear about the first crock pot chicken and rice though. Those taco bombs are really good but that dough can be a bit of a pain to work with, I must admit! Most of the casserole type dishes freeze well, I'm always tossing stuff in the freezer when we don't get through it as quickly as I expect. Thanks for watching and for letting me know how it went!

Omg Alicia how do you keep your stove top so clean??? I hate my electric stove because i can’t clean it properly. Also what does your spoon holder say? And did you pant your nails yourself? The only reason that stovetop is so clean is because it is still fairly new. They are such a pain to keep clean. My old one looked horrible! My spoon holder says "give thanks to the Lord" I think that is the one you are talking about. I also have a mason jar one. Thanks! My nails are the Impress stick ons. I love those things, they last over 3 weeks! I could definitely eat 8 of those taco bombs myself too if I wasn't being good! Lol And thanks, I will probably keep doing these, they are fun! I hope you are working on yours...you should have known I was going to say that! Lol

AliciaLynn i absolutely hate electric my next stove will be gas because i cant take how it looks! And wow those look great thats the press on nail polish right? I tried them one time but they came out so horrible. I just pained my nails today and i already have lumps and bumps and chips 😔 and haha i appreciate you holding me accountable! @@HayleysHaus They aren't the nail polish strips which I think you might be talking about, they are actual nails. They go on really easy and are hard to mess up. I hardly ever paint my nails anymore because the polish comes off so fast! Glad to hear you are working on it!😁
