Made the lasagna and it's amazing. I made it low carb/keto for myself by using a little bit of glucomannan to thicken the sauce instead of flour and mixed that with the veggie chicken mixture in a bowl without the lasagna noodles. Soooo good.

Everything looks delicious. I make the berry crumble but I add I can of apple pie filing chopped up, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Then I top with sugar cookies dough. This is one of my daughters birthday dessert instead of cake. Goes great with vanilla ice cream.😋
