I love your method on the mac and cheese! I would've never thought of doing that to my own and baking it that way. I'm not a fan of baked mac and cheese because they separate but if I make MY mac and cheese and found a way to bake it like that, I bet it'd be really good!

I add a pinch of sugar whenever i use tomato paste or crushed tomatoes. It takes away that "tin" flavor.
