Yes, I agree! And you keep it clean and tidy! The occasional real spill or oops but not obnoxiously unaware of movements like some while cooking. It is so hard to even watch other channels because of that😂😮 Love your channel!❤

We had your hamburger/veggie/V8 soup this week…and almost every week since I’ve watched that video probably a year ago? My granddaughter (3yo) LOVES that soup so we have to make it every week when she comes on Tuesday&Wednesday. We also have to make sure we make enough for her to take a big bowl home! She can honestly with some logistic help from me can make it all by herself..including cutting the little potatoes and carrots in half! Her knife skills (supervised of course) are amazing for a 3yo! Kristen I can’t thank you enough for you taking the time to share your wonderful talent for feeding your family with us and just wanted you to know what a wonderful part you’ve played in the lives of my granddaughter and I!! 💞💕

Hey Kristin! Im fairly new to your channel, but it's kind of addictive! Ive been binge watching it for a few days. The way you feel about onions is how I feel about garlic. Just can't use the fresh stuff....a little garlic powder in some things I can tolerate. I still can't do raw onions at all, but I like them if they're well cooked or carmelized. You have so many great recipes and lunch ideas. Thanks for sharing them!! 😃

Hi Kristin. I love your videos. I am a soup lover as well. I can eat it all year round. You make the best food! That sub bread looks amazing! I can’t believe it’s homemade!😃 A little tip: cook your steak in batches and that way it won’t start to steam. It looks like your skillet was a little bit crowded. The trick for all of the liquid in the pan is to cut back on your oil and butter. Lightly coat the pan with olive oil and one pat of butter. Also your pan isn’t hot enough. Crank that heat up to high and I would recommend you cook your steaks whole and slice them up afterward to make your sandwiches. This is what I do and I don’t ever have a pan filled with liquid like that. 1. A super hot cast iron. 2. Light coating of oil and a pat a butter. 3. Room temp whole steaks. 4. Sear them on both sides to get a nice crust. 5. Finish them off in the oven to get your desired temp inside. 6. Let rest for 10 minutes then thinly slice & make your sandwiches. 7. Fill your bun & top with cheese. 8. Broil for a couple of minutes in the oven to melt the cheese. 9. Enjoy! Lol. I know you didn’t ask for the step by step instruction booklet but once I started typing it, I couldn’t stop! 😂

Try cooking the steak in small batches and you won’t get extra liquid in the pan.

Try adding like another 1/4-1/2 cup of water to your stuffing than what it calls for and see if that helps cook the onion a little better

I soooo wish we had better access to Duke’s here in Utah. It’s sparse round these parts and way expensive online. Also, with the stuffing … if you’re baking it on something, use more liquid, like broths, to make it less dry. Then the onions will be a softer texture for you.
