With those smokies, I was taught to mix brown sugar with melted butter and pour over the smokies. They cook in the "sauce" and it sticks to the smokies. Super delicious and I bake them without a cover for 25 minutes at 400 degree's

I am so excited about football and sweater weather! Those BBQ COUNTRY STYLE RIBS look amazing! We call ours "Winter Ribs" because Hubby usually smokes his ribs in the summer but when Fall/Winter roll around we make them in the Instant Pot... Like Steven says, they are cut with a fork tender! I make those bacon wrapped smokies every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I put the brown sugar in a bowl, stick the bacon wrapped smokie in the bowl and completely cover them in brown sugar. It’s so good!! Thank you for sharing these delicious recipes🥓😍

Hi ... New subie from Houston here! Enjoy watching these ... You make it look easy and delicious. Love his commentary! 😄 Go Texans! PS ... I've made the Smokey's before but once they are wrapped and pinned with toothpicks, i placed them in a gallon freezer bag that has the sugar mixture in it and gently toss (a few at a time) so all sides are fully coated before baking. I serve them with a couple of different mustards for dipping and they are always a huge crowd pleaser for get togethers.

Everything looks mouth watering delicious! The macaroni salad is how I always fix mine and I add some of the pickle juice to make it more creamy. I wouldn't consider it 'deviled'. I make my deviled egg mixture without pickles and just use the juice with mayo & mustard. I've got to try those bacon wrapped smokies! Now I'm hungry!

Great recipes again Mandy. No football here, as you know UK are big soccer fans and the food is completely different. Sausage rolls (sausages wrapped and cooked in pastry). Maybe 4 or 5 different flavoured dips served with crisps/chips etc. I bought disposable shower caps from amazon cos i loved your little bowl toppers, they worked a treat. Tell Stephen I said everything is improved with a touch of paprika lol. I’m deffo going to try that macaroni salad, we don’t eat meat with bone in although those ribs did look good xx
