WHAT'S FOR DINNER? | EASY DINNER IDEAS | SIMPLE MEALS

Be sure to pay attention to my intro this week because I have an exciting announcement!! Y'all have really been enjoying my What's For Dinner videos and I want to kind of "give back" - so pay close attention and I hope you are excited about it too!! Thanks for watching, y'all!
CHICKEN TENDERS MARINADE:
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Juice of one lemon
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup water
WHISK TOGETHER THEN ADD DRY INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic salt
Mix well then add chicken tenders to a gallon size sealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal bag and massage the chicken to make sure it's all coated well. Chill in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
CHICKEN WINGS DRY RUB:
Enough Canola Oil to coat wings
Mix together in a separate bowl:
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
Sprinkle the mixture over the wings and massage with your hands to make sure they are fully coated.
CUCUMBER TOMATO SALAD:
1 cucumber sliced
2 tomatoes chopped
1/4 red onion, chopped
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp Nature's Seasons
Mix all together in medium size bowl and cover. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.

Hi Mandy, I just love watching you're cooking video's. I wanted to give you a tip on cooking your bacon. Place your bacon on a cookie sheet, (you can put foil on the cookie sheet) then put them in the oven on 325. Put your timer on 20 mins and check them out around 15 mins or to your liking. It works perfectly if you don't want a greasy mess. Well I hope this helps you in some way. 👊👍

Easy meal chicken breast cubed dippes I'm egg/dash milk batter then in dry pan cake mix fried and salted. And as it cools down it gets sweeter. YUMMY!!! Kids and husband love it

I wonder if other people feel the same as me about ground beef or meat mixtures, I have a problem with the taste, it doesn’t matter whether it’s home made meatballs, beef patties or meatloaf, there was just something about the flavour I didn’t like! A few years ago I was watching a cookery programme and the guy cooking made a remark that if people didn’t like meat mixtures they should omit the egg whites and use two yolks instead of one whole egg, so I made some meatballs using just yolks, I was so happy 😀 that weird flavour was gone!! So, if anyone has the same problem, try it, you’ll absolutely love it!

@@MandyintheMaking so just in case anyone wonders- you CAN make burger bundles on the stove top. Someone who is 1000 weeks pregnant sprayed the oven cleaner in the oven and forgot and prepared burger bundles and turned on said oven and almost smoked out the whole building 🙈🙈🙈🙈 whoops. That someone is me. But the dinner was great! Didn't make brown rice though since that definitely needs the oven. Served with cream corn and mashed taters. Love from Korea!

When I fried my chicken I like to coat mine in yellow mustard before I put the flour on it... it gives it a real good taste

Iam definitely doing the first meal the chicken and cucumber salad it seems like such a nice light meal yet satisfying and those meatballs were huge just the way i like them lol and i think your husband secretly wants in on your channel lol hes so comfortable in front of the camera and i lol at the close ups of the cat bcuz she was just waiting for some food to fall onto the floor so patiently
