Good video, but three mistakes in the content, we won League 1 to get promoted to the Championship in 2007, the play-off final win was 2009. Also the 7 pence rent from the Club went to David Hilton not Peter Swann. Lastly, Gainsborough Trinity were wrong, they changed their post later that day to say there was in fact an agreement in place for ground sharing but they were not aware of Scunthorpe's announcement. The agreement had been put in place with the FA and Gainsborough before the start of the season as a contingency to be8ng evicted by Peter Swann.

Clubs should never be allowed to be seperated from there Stadium the way Swann did, he got the Ground, there training facilities, car parks and land sorrounding Glanford Park. 7p a week rent is hilarious, just under 4 quid a year. The FA should make a rule that prevents asset strippers and unscrupulous from transferring ownership of Stadiums away from the Club. If a club cant afford the upkeep then it should be transferred to the Local Authority or Supporters Club if they can afford. This is happening all too much now and needs to be stopped. I also believe we should be looking to move towards more fan ownership in Football
