Colonoscopies are very necessary. Colon cancer is treatable if caught early. I am 72 and have had many because of polyps which were benign. Thank God, but if not caught, could be bad news. The prep is the worst having to drink all the stuff, but you will not feel a thing, I promise. Don’t be scared. Do it for yourself. There are always going to be people who have a bad experience, but most don’t. You have to be proactive when it comes to your health. I lost a good friend to colon cancer and it was so sad. I had just about decided I wasn’t going to do anymore at my age, but my friends reminded me of the importance of doing it, plus my doctor ordered it, so I’ll be all caught up with my yearly routine appointments after this in two weeks. Mammogram, dentist, eye exam, and finally this. Please get this done for yourself and you’ll be glad you did!😊Promise

The United States is being methodically collapsed. The economy, the health care system all of it. I’m sorry Sharon. Whenever I have to talk to the Dr I just dread it. I would not accept the answer the eye dr said that well we don’t know. Advocate for yourself and make them figure it out.

It took me 5 months to get in for my colonoscopy and I have colon cancer in my family. Please make sure you do it! The prep is the worse part, but it is so very important!

You might have an eye infection brought on by the eye exam.. it can happen! Shortness of breath can be brought on with GERD - gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common condition in which the stomach contents move up into the esophagus, so your stomach issues or upward flush of acid could cause the shortness of breath and might not involve your heart.. but best to let the dr. decide. But mention GERD to him. Good Good Friday to you, Good Saturday and Happy Easter! Take care, hun. xx

Sharon I had a colonoscopie 100 years ago and the only bad thing is the prep. I was asleep during it. I also know what you're talking about the long wait to see drs. I see my eye dr next month and thats after waiting 4 months for the appt; I also had cateracts surgery in both eyes. It's a breeze, only bad thing about that was the eye drops afterwards. Seems like the older we get the more things fall apart. be blessed anyway.

I was called to have regular eye exams do to diabetes but straight away after having drops placed into my eyes I had issues afterwards I was fine before I had the appointment but yearly they insisted on eye tests and drops that I was virtually blind straight away I couldn’t stand the light even with dark glasses. I developed cataract in my right eye and needed surgery to be told I had developed a cataract in my left eye but somehow I knew it was due to the eye exams. I had already started reducing my prescription medication to take five months to weaning off all prescription medication that I had been prescribed for many years and replaced with pure vitamins and minerals supplements and reversed my diagnosis of diabetes and asthmatic for over 40 years before I removed my medication and heart medication and seizure medication and my left eye didn’t need cataract surgery because my eyes improved dramatically. I haven’t had a seizure since 2016 which is when I started removing my medication. I’m 66 years old now I look younger than I did over 20 years ago. My skin condition and teeth and gums were not good but my receding gums are normal now and my loose teeth are firmly intact now. I made a few adjustments to my diet to help people understand how keep adding prescription medication since I was 17 years old and developed symptoms that were treated with medication until I was taking so much medication for gut issues that developed into diabetes and my body was depleted of minerals and vitamins that my digestive tract was unable to absorb because of the effects of medication. Wake up with new doctors in making money from prescription drugs that they are taught to treat the symptoms and not to assess the causes of the symptoms. It’s all about money for the drug companies that violate their policies and doctors professional profiteering from keeping people sick. The biggest giants in the world is the health industry and defence industry weapons of mass destruction and drugs of mass destruction.

Hey Sharon! I have problems with allergic conjunctivitis and I use allergy eye drops and Zyrtec. It seems to help. Hope you feel better soon!

The South is known for taking soo long for care Especially VA 😔 but once you get that first appointment with any doctor you are good to go. If you are still having problems with your eyes in a couple of days dont hesitate to go to a walk in clinic. Have a Happy Easter 🐣

Sharon, 1) Go back to the eye doctor 3) Get one of those mail in colon test, if there is a problem, they will get you in to see a doctor!

Hi Sharon! 👋 So good to see you! I’m sorry you are not feeling well! Allergies or Sinuses is bad this time of year. Prayers you will feel much better soon! If sweet Levi has problems going poo, you can give him canned chicken and boiled rice with some of the chicken broth, and it will help move things along. Our doggie was having those problems and that is what the Vet said to try and it is what we use each time and it does the job lol! Have a wonderful Easter with the kiddos! I so wish ours lived closer to us! Love ya girl!🙋‍♀️😘

Happy Good Friday to you, Sharon. I've got 21 people coming over for dinner after church on Sunday. I can hardly wait. The new great granddaughter (3 months old) will be there and so many family members have not seen her as of yet. (they live in another state) I've seen her twice and she's absolutely gorgeous. Have you been checked for pink eye? In that setting meaning an eye exam, that could easily be transmitted. I have worked in the education system for many years and that is what your eyes look like. I have had friends only this year come down with pink eye who have never ever had it. It will take an antibiotic ointment for your eyes, easily cured but also very contagious! Go to a clinic or march back to the eye doctor and demand they look at your eyes.

Happy Easter to you Sharon. The eye drops I use that my ophthalmologist recommended is Pataday. It is a little pricey and a very small container but only takes one tiny drop in each eye. It has worked wonders for my red, itchy eyes. Worth a try.

Contact the eye doc and request to be seen right away. They should at least examinine you. Don't let them ignore your concerns.

Happy Easter Sharon. I will be cooking and have family for dinner and I do a Easter egg hunt for grandchild. I can feel you about things going down hill. We have the same problem as the states long appointment waits , extremely high food costs , utilities out of control and then we get a carbon tax going up23% April 1st. All anyone can do is elect the right people for our governments. Take care.

Sharon stay on top of what's going on with your eyes, you may heard of it but I had not until I was diagnosed with it age related macular degeneration (it's blindness). Please get this seen about. Sharon it's serious. Not trying to scare you. Glad you're back doing videos.

If you can’t get satisfaction from your eye Dr.see you PCP. Something isn’t right. You have to be your own advocate. It’s not like it used to be unfortunately

Dilating drops can really irritate the eyes and make the red and itchy but do call the office and let them know. Sharon here in my area of Florida I saw my Gastroenterologist one week ago and my colonoscopy is scheduled in two weeks. Not sure if your insurance could play a part in the delay, but keep on them to get it scheduled. Happy Easter 🐰🐣 to you and your family✝️💐🌺🌸🌷

Happy Easter. I hope you can get your appointments lined out. I know your frustration. Mine isn't with Dr scheduling, but prescription approval. I'd go to the eye Dr and get some prescription strength eye drops.

Sharon, I had that for years. Never knew what it was just chalked it up for allergies. I started taking black seed oil this year and I have no allergies. no watery eyes. Check into it you will be glad you did.

Aww hi Sharon, I am so sorry for your health issues, I am now 61and feel as you do. I have so many things going wrong and here in the UK we have the same situation medically. I need to see a heart specialist for my racing heart and urgent is a 40 week wait. Yesterday we had to call an ambulance, I was so breathless, and I spent 9 hrs had a full check but they said that I must wait to see the specialist. I have booked a private one, he’s the same bloke I would have seen under our national health service but it’s still 4 weeks away. I have had random large spots come up all over my legs and none of the drs know what they are, they disagree with each other. To top it off my neck surgery was cancelled due to these issues, I have waited so long for that. Life can be cruel at times. Really hope you get your eyes sorted. Xx

My eyes have done that a few times in my life and it was conjuctivitis!!! Certainly nothing to forget!!! I was bed ridden for 3 days because my eyes watered so bad and burned to open them!!! I had to keep them closed, it was so ridiculous!! Nose running and all!!! I was fine all that first day and on my way home in the car it hit me driving!! I thought something had got on my contacts and then the sun driving and the heat on in the car made it worse!!! I was off of work for a week!! That may not be what you have, but girl your eyes look like mine did and your symptoms sound the same!! Bless your heart!!! 🍃❤Love from Texas❤🍃

Oh, Sharon! You MUST get a colonoscopy! I would find somewhere else to get the scope done! Here in my town in Michigan, I have never had to wait more than 6 weeks to get it done! I’m only 64 and have had 6 colonoscopies, because I have Ulcerative Colitis. The prep is the worst part. You’re out for the actual colonoscopy and remember nothing 😊 Please, get your colonoscopy as soon as you can. 🤗 P.S., keep your fingers out of your eyes…we carry so many germs and bacteria on our hands…wash them often! Hugs!

I stayed away from Colonoscopies from my 40's when they started suggesting them. Well, they talked me into it. Biggest mistake of my life. The prep did a number on my system, and 1 day after the colonoscopy I was hospitalized with A-fib.... It's been a nightmare ever since. If I could go back in time, I'd never agree to voluntarily do a colonoscopy...

I’m allergic to dialting drops my blood pressure goes up and my heart beats crazy also I am allergic to the yellow drops the eye Dr uses. I had to have oxygen in the Dr office.

Sharon, ask your family Dr. for an order to do a "Colonguard"....the company sends you a bucket with instructions, you submit a specimen and mail it back. That's what I do instead of colonoscopys. And with the Dr. stuff....I think most places and not just medical help is hard to find....no one seems to want to work anymore. Also see another eye Dr, you may have gotten a eye infection from last eye test. Might need some antibiotic eye drops...

Hi Sharon! First happy Easter to you and your family! Yes I would say allergies are terrible right now I had a plug nose since Christmas! I have to use a nose spray at least every 7 hours! I was giving antibiotics before Christmas but it never went away!

If your eyes were dilated, then they checked for things like age-related macular degeneration, pressure, and glaucoma. I hope you feel better soon! Stay inside during pollen season👍

You might be allergic to the stuff they used to dilate your eyes. I had an Aunt who had trouble after her eyes had been dilated. She claimed she could never see the same. Good luck. You are right about what you said about the doctors. It does seem that ever since the pandemic it is hard to find one or get in quickly. I have also noticed that the pharmacies seem to be over run.

You can Ground up Raw chicken, Ground turkey or ground beef and mix it with rice and peas or green beans...rillit up in balls and cook them for Levi. I watch a ton of Vet shows and if a dog is having stomach issues that's what they say to give them. The colonoscopy isn't bad, it's the damn prep to get ready for it that sucks. You could have PINK EYE and that is VERY CONTAGIOUS. Go see a regular eye doc asap.

Hi Sharon!! It sounds like you have inflammation in your eyes. My daughter had same symptoms and it was inflammation. Glad you’re feeling better 🙂 I would go back to the doctor and have them check it out for that. Have a blessed Easter 🙂💕

❤ I hope your eyes get okay my doctor always tells me my eyes are dry and they always tells me to use eye drops two or three times a day I don't know that would help but it might be worth a try if you haven't

Sharon. Colonoscopy is a piece of cake. I’ve had 3 bc of family history of colon cancer. It’s nothing to me. The prep is just the worst part stay by the toilet!

You can do a coloscopy at home. They will send u a kit and u can do it at home and send it off. Thats what I did.

Hey Sharon I hear you my doctor wants me to go get a colonoscopy not wanting to so far they have not got back with me about mine either and as I'm watching your video I'm boiling chicken for my dog LOL sounds like you might have allergies well take care have a happy Easter hope your eyes feel better!! Hi Sharon; it sounds like you have an allergy reaction from the dilation drops. Please tell the doctor so he can give you an antibiotics to clear it up. Hope you feel better soon!!! Please wear sunglasses in the sun your eyes are very sensitive!, 🥰🙏🏼

Have you been using eye drops you might want to look cuz there was a lot of eye drops that were recalled because they had bacteria in them

Wow. Sounds like you have some long covid issues. But the solution to dilate your eyes may have irritated your eyes but it's been a while, and should be out by now so I would walk in to the doc's office. But the stomach and other stuff, ask about covid long haulers. Is the other issue your insurance coverage? HMO OR PPO? there's a big difference with those.
