You can change the top power steering rack seal with the rack in situ.

Hi Russell, if you haven't totally lost interest in the Bongos just yet, it would be a massive help to many to see the breakdown video(s) for replacing the x3 things in this video. I would love to tackle the steering rack job myself, pulling the old leaking one and installing the reconditioned unit, see what it all involves with a Bongo.

Hello. My bongo is a 4x4 5 speed Manuel. I can’t find you tube videos. On servicing binding front and rear brake callipers. I was hoping you’ve already done this in you videos. Oil change on the 5 speed gearbox. And rear diff. Please can you message back where am I to look at your videos or links to the ones I can’t find. Many thanks. Mr Avery

I just bought a Bongo and noticed the inaccurate temp gauge. Any recommendations any guidance to fit a temperate warning or low coolant thing? Thanks!

I have not fitted one of these my self yet! But the ones I have seen don't seem that hard. My advise is get a good one not just a cheap one. Speak to the people at bongo spares they might have a good one they recommend. I would definitely install one tho. No one wants a blown headgasket. Good luck
