What's Growing On with Persimmons

I have 1 Hachiya and 2 Fuyu Persimmon trees in my yard, but the Fuyu stoop bearing fruit in the last 4 year meanwhile the Hachiya giving me lot of fruits. I trimmed them every February still not help. Your advices are deeply appreciated.
