Love the channel. Great to get your updates on growth in the St George area. I need some rumor killer from you. I have lived in St George for 6 years. I've been visiting St George for 25 years. There has been a standing rumor that Cheesecake Factory is coming to St George. I have heard that for years. Second, WinCo is coming to St George. Please verify or deny. Thanks for keeping us up to date.

No real plans of a Cheesecake yet but i think Winco is a good possibility. I'll post if it happens!

look at the washington city minutes. they approved it by the new exit a while back. (winco not cheesecake factory) cheesecake factory would be cool but they require a metro of 250,000-300,000. we have 210,000 so maybe someday. they could also make an exception since we are so close to mesquite and cedar city and count them in our metro. so idk maybe someday we'll get one.

I saw that the Kmart on Bluff Street in St. George is being torn down. Is that where the new REI is going to be?

Hobby Lobby is going into the K-Mark, REI is going into the Habitat for Humanity place.

It went from K Mart to “Big-K Mart” Then Big-K to BK and it stopped there: Bankrupt or “BK” Now you know!!
