YES! Finally a grocery store alternative for those of us living in Washington other than Walmart and Smith's AND on the north side of I-15. Please just don't let it be some stupid specialty one like the Whole Foods. I'd love a Harmon's or a Lynn's.

The lack of night-life ideas/additions to St. George/Washington is wild. The current locations around town are slammed consistently on the weekends. Someone who pushes one through and opens it up will do well I’d bet.

if the rio grande plan gets built in slc it'll add a train stop here which I could see developing into a light rail system of some sorts

Although I do feel like we need to get some legitimate competition to IHC--it may bring medical costs down. Of course, a net new grocer would likely do the same to alleviate the insane food prices.

I live in the townhomes right across the street from that pad, I would love to not have to cross under the freeway and go to a busy Walmart just for a gallon of milk. It hurts the view for anyone along the road who can visibly see it, but I'm grateful to have a grocery coming in closer
