What's happening to 'real men'?

My father wasn't involved, despite being in the home. My mother tried best she could, but I ended up a sad excuse for a man. Turned 34 the other day and I'm still struggling to figure things out. I found faith in Jesus Christ around the end of 2021, though, and He has helped me more than anything. God bless, Mr. Brister. Appreciate you lending a helping hand on this issue.

Wise words Mr. Brister. I'm 19 now and have been welding since I was 15 and have no intention to stop. I'm a bit of an odd case in that I am actually going to college for Engineering while still being an upstanding Christian man. I got a scholarship I couldn't pass up and so hopefully my values will rub off on some people while I'm there. My ultimate goal however, is to run my own mobile welding and general fabrication business. I always love your videos and glad I found your KZbin and Instagram after you left Western Welding Academy.

ONE OF COOLEST GUYS I EVER MET IN MY LIFE WAS A GUY THAT WAS A HIGH DOLLAR WELDING CONSULTANT FROM TEXAS. THE JOB WAS HAVING A LOT OF WELDING ISSUES WITH REGARDS TO THE NEW HARDER PIPE AND WELDING RODS BEING USED. WE KIND OF HIT IT OFF AND HE TOLD ME HIS FATHER HAD A SMALL WELDING BUSINESS WHEN HE WAS A BOY AND HE GREW UP LABORING CHUNKING SKIDS, HELPING, AND THEN WELDING. HE SAID HIS BROTHER LIKED WELDING AND HE LIKED WELDING BUT HE ALSO LIKED THE SCIENCE AND METALLURGY. SO HE WENT OFF AND GOT A DEGREE . HE PUT THE HANDS ON SKILLS TOGETHER WITH A GREAT EDUCATION AND BECAME A WELL KNOWN CONSULTANT AND IN TWO DAYS HE HAD ALL THE WELDING PROBLEMS FIXED. HE WOULDNT STAY OUT ON OUR PIPELINE BARGE, HE MADE THEM FLY HIM BACK AND FORTH BY HELICOPTER EVERY DAY FROM NEW ORLEANS AND HE TOLD ME HE WAS CHARGING THEM $1,000 DOLLARS A DAY PLUS HIS EXPENSES. IF YOU ADJUST THAT FOR INFLATION IN TODAYS MONEY THAT WOULD BE ALMOST $4,000 DOLLARS A DAY. SO YOUR IN GOOD COMPANY! THANK YOU!
