What's happening with Qualatex, Amscan, and the Balloon Industry?

There has been a lot happening in the industry at the moment.

Qualatex quality for me is number 1. I also like sempertex and have used kalisan mirror gold.

TI also think ( and only my humble opinion) that Qualatex's great products will continue , but maybe with the anagram name branding, but understand the panic buying on 24" bubbles xxx

I was wondering why so many Q balloons are being discontinued, and annoyed. Balloons like the q24 and now the donut balloons are gone when I'm pretty sure those balloons are al time favorites of decorators and especially us looners.... iv been trying to find more donut balloons for months now since I found out they were discontinued, I already gave up on the q24. If anyone knows where I can get some geo donuts id love to know.

CBA was a Qualatex run program so that is probably gone, unfortunately. Maybe someone else will come up with something if there is the demand out there?!
