I actually love the second floor. With the windows all around, and so wide open, it would be an awesome art studio! That third floor, on the other hand, is pretty useless. The only possibility I see for it is to use it as a library. Line it with book shelves, then add a couple of lamps and a couple of comfy chairs.

this mansion that is currently being shown as a property to buy can absolutely be converted into a residential home, meaning it can be prepared and marketed for someone to live in as their primary residence; the key is to potentially make modifications to suit the needs of a typical homeowner, depending on the size and layout of the mansion, and they made the boat to put in the water as a retirement place setting if you wished to have a real boat or yacht

On the contrary. It's an amazing place. It's a show home ,so it has many office's. The third floor was probly meant for a reflection area. Look out the window and have alone time. Second floor is spacious. Fire place = small living room . You could do so much to that place. I LOVE it. Another great find. I sure hope it goes to someone soon who has a vision.

I had two thoughts about this place... 1. Why $25 million? Sign of the times, hey 2. What a waste of space and resources. Imagine all the people that could house or how much better it could be used than just sitting empty.

Whatever its past our present is, it could be a truly amazing home. I see a lot of glitz & glam for young professionals but not very functional. I agree that there's a little of wasted space. I still thank you for going there and showing us this place!

A show home is supposed to show people what some of the options are and they certainly showed a lot of them in this house, lol. That widow's walk would be better if it was round and the windows went all around not just a few. Thanks Dave.

Lots of wasted, unusable space. I think you're right it's a sales center for the development but doesn't even look like good office space. Some funky hanging lights over the empty space; I sure wouldn't want to clean all the windows and what's with the A/C unit way up on the third level.

Definitely a sales house it just isn’t well thought out. I have seen a few years ago and they were much better laid out. Looks like the community fell through. If you had looked at the map perhaps there might have been plans for a lake? Just a guess on the boat left behind. Another great video.

The whole thing is a waste of space!! You really can't even remodel it to resemble a home, no place for walls.. Albeit a "nice" kitchen, it's way too small to suit the "house"... You can only call it a useless building..even for office space it sucks. At least the staircase is pretty. 🤷🏻‍♀️
