@@popester8068Well it’s hard to explain,sometimes I’m super sensitive and recently I’ve gotten extra sensitive to sound,cold and people’s behavior.It leads to certain sicknesses as well.Emotionally drained as it’s too much sometimes to cope with.I love to go out and talk to people as I’m very fun loving,but in the end I’m emotionally drained out.I was really confused as to be alone or not.Telos is naturally providing answers to dig in that inner self,the authentic me,which is really peaceful. I’m so sorry ,I don’t know whether you got an answer,cz this is truly how I feel. I’ll explain one more thing which I felt, I hope that it’ll be useful.when we are on this journey,since we are quite different from the rest,we choose to isolate as we connect with our higher self,but sometimes disconnecting from the 3D world makes me confused and uneasy,then this weird frozen feeling comes,

I believe in observing my thoughts,recognizing and not being tossed around by them,however thoughts also alot of times come with a emotion. Emotions are the fuel for actions. I do things because I feel strongly about it. But just what is an emotion? Is it not a layered response based on pass experience? I believe so strongly about something because I experienced similar circumstances. So I don't allow my thoughts and emotions to control me but use them as stepping stones to reach a place I find value in life.

A spiritual awakening isn't something that a separate Deity called "God" grants particular individuals, it's coming to the realization that the kingdom of God is within each and everyone of us; there is no duality, no God and us...we are ALL integral fractals of God. (When this is recognized on a heart level, all negative emotions, i.e., bitterness, dissolve into nothingness and true love prevails) ❤

@@channeltelos Yeah I suppose I agree with that. I'm awakened but not REALLY awake. What I mean then, is that I don't feel capable of reaching this true state of being. And we were told by the Galactics that EVERYONE will be awakened eventually. Well I'm anxious, because time is running out fast for them to keep this promise. And frankly I don't think it will happen. Meaning they are either lying or are leaving it very VERY late, which is stressful for us.

@@cindyhalajko4447 Sounds idyllic. But I haven't reached this point of realisation. Neither intellectually or emotionally ( i.e. through my heart ). I haven't done meditation because I did hypnosis, which is a similar relaxed state, and that did nothing for me. I just remained blank. And another reason I don't do it is because from what I gather, they don't communicate with us through plain English words, but via signs, symbols and synchronicities. Which is subjective, and can mean anything. I'm not a code breaker and I'm not going to waste my time trying to decypher what it is they mean. This is why I feel meditation has little value for me.

This seems to me to be discriminatory. Some are favoured with special knowledge that improves their lives, and others are not. What makes one person more deserving of this gift of insight than another ?

A large part of the insight likely comes from the experience of the moment of spiritual enlightenment. Some of it comes from esoteric literature that describes the phenomenon. The higher self is the interface for intuition, the instrument that makes you feel positive emotions when you are in a flow state, in other words, when you are doing what you were meant to do here on Earth. Your future self, your vehicle to God, the medium between you (the ego) and God. Yes, that is the feeling I have as well; most people raise their frequency to enter the so-called 5D, which is essentially just a higher frequency.

We all transcend, that is, in the sense that we all experience change. 3d, 5d, it's all just labels, my friend. There are no levels in consciousness, but for what we choose to believe is there but isn't really there. We humans like labels, for we like to categorize things, for we believe that one is always better than the other; it's an illusion, it's all perception that we experience. None of it is as we think, feel, believe and see these things. There is more than we the collective can presently understand.
