I filed a intent to file and 6 mo. later did a throw it all on the wall and the va broke the claim up and approved a lot but gave different intent to file dates on any thing that had money involved

What if the VA states “ one has depression but its unspecified “ therefore its Denied ? Now i did not submit a Nexus letter, only medical and my last physical prior to termination of service.

Filed appeal, VA sat on it (did nothing) for 13 months and then put a SOC in the C-file 11 years later??? Of course the SOC was dated after the 13 months ????

Why do you turn down veterans that need help with appeal claims.

They've said on the lives that they are massively busy and can only handle so many cases and still do a good job. You can ask questions on the lives (one today). Also, could ask for a referral; they may know someone who is available to help.
