LOL I got that multiple type of connector issue too, my phone uses lightning but my next phone will probably be usbc, my new earbuds are usbc, but my bicycle lights and flashlight use mini, even my old camera batteries are mini connectors, I bought a power bank that has all three plug types built in and I can plug it in the wall with its built in wall plug. I mostly charge up my phone at night with a MagSafe charger, I can still go all day on a charge since I'm not constantly taking stills or video or using it a remote monitor anymore, I use it more a tracker to keep track of my running and bicycle progress. Traveling light is nice back in the day when I first started as what was called a mobile journalist back then, I carried about 10 kilos of gear with me, I remember those first DSLR's were pretty big and heavy, plus batteries and those big flashes, a heavy laptop and tripod things are so much nicer these days with mirrorless, Image stabilization, lighter and faster tablets-phones, almost makes me want to come out retirement, almost 🤣 enjoy the trip, I'm looking forward to a trip I'm taking to New England this spring. LOL I remember coming home after covering an event(s) plugging all the batteries in and starting the editing process which sometimes took longer to do than the event.

@@bikecommuter24 ha ha, ya the good old days. I still have lots of micro-USB and other connectors I don’t even know what they’re called (I play music and most connections are square USB or round power adapter plugs). I have a dedicated box for just cables. It’s crazy.

Do Wotancraft already sell the newer Pilot 7L you mention at the beginning that has the new finish? Or is that something that won't release for awhile? I'd prefer to wait a bit to buy a new bag if there's a new (and possibly improved) version around the corner.

I would double check with them, but I think with the 7L Pilot they’ve already converted everything over to their own material. I think some of the accessories pouches are still in Cordura, so you need to double check with them when ordering to confirm.

I just checked the Pilot 7l on their web. It's the new version. It says nylon material, not cordura.

I don’t have a videographer following me around when I take photos, so I don’t know what to say. A street photography video takes another person to help, and maybe about a weeks worth of organizing and preperation and editing. I can only do maybe once every 2 months maximum.
