when I switched over to knee braces I didn't notice any restriction. I felt it even helped me grip the bike better, as I didn't have to squeeze as hard for contact to be made. Everybody just jumping on the no neck brace and no knee brace band wagon because Ryan Hughes said so.

You forgot the chamois cream hahahaaa we don’t want saddle sores;) I’m positive you stand while riding more than me tho. Unfortunately I’ll be sitting and riding more now seeings how I just tore my achilles’ tendon. By the way I love my knee braces. How much is walking worth to you? After my recent injury I know walking is priceless and maybe I was taking a bit much for granted. Sure do got it good... love your videos keep up the good work!

I think they can prevent some injuries and possibly cause others, the force from a crash has to go somewhere. Do whatever you feel more comfortable and safe with man. Injuries occur either way
