I agree - more fingers, fewer brushes, more hygienic and less cleaning of brushes. I’ve been using Chantecaille Future Skin for 22 years and still my favourite

You're right, finding your favourite foundation is really tricky. What makes it even trickier is that since having a baby, my skin and preferences have totally changed. I used to love matte and full coverage but these days my skin is less spotty and oily so I now prefer something more natural that I can quickly slap on with fingers then dab over with a sponge. Much more flattering as I'm getting older and if a bit comes off (inevitable with a toddler climbing on you and no time for touch ups!), it's less obvious.

I agree, I feel like foundations are tough...I always have a few on the go as I can find one that does everything I want, I usually apply two, or one and a tinted Moisturiser! This make up looks lovely. If you like a nice brown shadow stick try By Terry, in 'bronze moon' - I've been buying it for years its brilliant and doesn't budge.

I really need some good advice on foundation, I've been looking for one that's suits me and my budget for years. It seems so complicated, maybe it's just me. I loved this vlog. ❤

Drives me mad that I find the perfect foundation or lipstick etc., and the company invariably changes the formulation on it or discontinues it all together. Maddening. Not sure if you had the company Avon in the U.K, but back in the dark ages, they used to give you (yes for free) small lipstick samples of any shades you wanted to try. Each one gave you at least 3 applications so you knew what suited. All makeup companies should do so with lipsticks and foundations. They would gain more customers I think that way. I mean if I had not had samples of L'Occitane Immortelle I never would have bought it, yet when I bought some Christmas gifts a few yrs ago, I rec'd a box with a good sized sample of youth oil....have been hooked on it and bought MANY bottles of it ever since. So you see there would be a method to that madness.

I stopped getting lip filler two years ago, my lips are tiny both ways so I did get it for some time. I used to get 1ml and no lie it took about 15 pricks of the needle, it never felt okay and I never got used to it even after about 7 years. I just use lipliner now and do a bit of over drawing, it’s not as full looking but it will do. 😊 got my current body mask today, gonna give it a whirl, thanks for the discount code x
