Did I miss the bit where you talked about the pocket knife ?

No.... It was in my original post, but I was asked to remove it by my present employer, who thought it was inappropriate that I was seen to be in possession of a perfectly legal item on this platform (I work in law enforcement).

Lovely video Sir. I'm in mid forties and gravitating towards minimalistic but high quality stuff. Gave up my iPhone Max Pro and settled for a 12 mini and love it - just feels like my first iPhone 4. Similarly contemplating sizing down to a classic smaller wrist watch from a 41-42mm pieces with me now. Wish I did this earlier which would have saved me some sizable cash. Better late than never!

I'm on a similar journey - I've been running am Iphone 12 mini for a year now and can attest it is so much more manageable than those chunky models. Also, 36mm watches are the classic choice, chic and timeless!!

My parents gave me a set of Parker Pens and propelling pencil when I started High (Grammar) School in 1968 and to this day I still use Parker Pens, if they work for me why change brand 👍

Also an idea to carry a few cards with your name, address, phone and email. saves faffing when you have to get stuff delivered, or are leaving stuff for repair etc, and are useful for those brief encounters. Good quality cards from online printers literally are as cheap as chips these days :)

Lovely video there. Great to see a Swiss Army knife making the cut. We appreciate a good hank as well, love the adage, one for blowing and one for showing...

Thanks, it was good fun making it - I didn't realise how much thought I'd subconsciously exercised when I selected the contents of my own pockets.

Many people don’t know the term EDC, yet they still do it... it’s good to have a label for it, but it is very subjective, what works for one may not work for another, none the less, it is good to see other people’s.

Just viewed a few of your vids - very interesting, I feel my new interest in this topic may cost me some money - I've just joined your list of subs, thanks for the advice.

Why thank you matey, it is always appreciated. Yes, it can be a bit of a rabbit hole when you start looking at it all, but, as i say, it is very subjective, it is great to be able to give things a go and see whether they work for you, improve your life in anyway or just simply look pretty.

For a wallet I have a Coach smaller, thin wallet that is very comfortable and high quality. I'm not sure if you can get that brand in the UK though. Lots of options for quality wallets though. I use fountain pens too, but with an italic nib as it improves my handwriting greatly. Lamy is good, but you know there is much better out there. Pelikan is my favorite for fountain pens and I own 70+ pens. Black n' Red notebooks are what I use, very fountain pen friendly paper weight. Great video!

I'm a big fan of EDC, but those UK laws!!! - I had the 6s too, but the battery life went away, you should check out the SE instead, same form factor as the 6s, but updated tech. No need for a 12 or 13 and their price points. The SE is $400 US. Brand new works perfectly.

Great video i have a pair of prescription club masters for reading. I also have a pair of kyusu sunglasses that look like the club masters and can recommend them. I got mine at boots opticians, half the price of the ray bans and great quality.

Hi, does that 5000mah power bank really charge you apple notebook? The laptop's demand on wattage and power don't seem compatible with that tiny bank. I mention because I carry a huge 24,000 mah bank in my bag and that barely charges my Samsung S10+ 4 times, let alone the small MS Surface Go. If I'm missing something I want to know. Thank you. Good job on the video.

Yes indeed, it really easily powers my 2018 Macbook Pro.I did have to buy the required adapter for the cable, but it works a treat. At least doubles the length of timeI can use my LT away from a power source - well worth the very modest cost.
