I only discovered you today and it's such a pleasant surprise to see a youtuber that gives such practical advice and is smart with money. For example when you said you didn't want to go all out on your house until you purchase and not rent it, and your advice about choosing a design and colour that you can use everyday if somebody is thinking of getting a designer purse. Not trying to throw shade at the other youtubers that like to splurge on expensive items- more power to them! But it's just a breath of fresh air to see a youtuber that is so successful but still really practical!
