@@BarkleyBrixton it's totally and absolutely normal to not understand what they're talking about or even none of they are talking about, college professors assume that we already know the basis of every lesson they're teaching so they don't go in depth when explaining it. don't blame yourself! ❤️ you either have to use KZbin/Google to learn about the subject you didn't understand or ask them to explain it in more details, don't feel discouraged you're doing amazing ❤️

I used to keep my purse in the front pocket of my rucksack too until I moved to a part of the world where pickpocketing was rife. Since then I change the habit and keep it somewhere less accessible. There are some unscrupulous rogues out there.

I love this Kanken Backpacks, i remember, when i first got one for Christmas i took it to school an everybody was laughing because „Who carries a squared backpack“ and i responded i don‘t care it‘s pretty and super practical. One year later, it felt like everyone in the city had one. Never let yourself down when someone makes fun of you, stay to your personal taste 😊. I was doing a lot of homework before buying Kanken laptop backpack. I was not even thinking this colour at all until watching your KZbin. When I was in the store, I was looking at the yellow and the orange ones, but I was worrying about the scratch on the bag. Then, suddenly, I asked the staff to show me the green one. Aha! I love the idea of sharing what's in our bags, but not all of us have youtube channels!!!! I'll share mine and hopefully, some others will do the same. I'm in flight school and this is what I keep in my bag! - binder with loose papers, notebooks, and my medical certificate - pencil case with pencils, pens, erasers, highlighters, calculator, whiteout etc. - iPad for looking at documents or flight schedule - front pocket with hand sanitizer, perfume, mints, hand cream, first aid kit, spare mask, oil blotting sheets, and deodorant - Pilot training record - E6B and CX-3 (flight computers) - Flight training manual, From the Ground Up, and Private Pilot Reference Guides (textbooks) - logbook - snack, keys, water bottle, and wallet - VNC map - ICAO chart ruler - sometimes I will have my headset if I am flying that day!

7:14 “the one time you don’t have a book….” - totally agree. Mum & I always take our Kindles out with us “just in case”. (I do read actual paper/hardbacks as well.) And I think I just found a great backpack for work, now my (new-ish) employer is considering post-lockdown hybrid working. EDIT: it’s not “too much” if you are carrying stuff you actually use regularly. I tried going digital for my diary but the phone keypad is so small I just had permanent fat-finger-itis, and I’m a touch-typist! 😂 So I switched to bullet-journalling…

Hi Ruby, I've been a fan of you for a few years. I've never been to university as I went straight into office and events work after college but I am naturally quite academic. I'm going to be studying politics in a couple years, not for a goal or job at the end of it but because I want to learn and I want a challenge. This is a decision I've made in recent months, I just want to say thank you for showing me how to be organised in an academic environment over the years, I feel it has sunken in and I feel confident in my approach to the degree. Your structured way of tackling something as immense as a degree is one of the reasons I know I will be good at it, as well as my passion for the subject. I've noticed that you are actively distancing yourself from hustle culture, where productivity is the most important thing on the list. I notice that you're being present, I've noticed that you're calmer. You responded to the criticism online which I saw in parts of the internet and I am sure you did too. I just want to say well done for being such a great example despite the bullying you've faced in the past, I can see that you're a strong woman who will go on to be bold, brave and fantastic.
