Thanks Julia! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and an offshoot symptom of RA is Raynaud’s. Short of windmilling my arms when it strikes, I just suffer through it until it goes 😂 I’ll definitely be looking into silver lined socks and gloves for future hikes, thank you!
