My gi, rashguard, compression shorts, board shorts, box for salad, box for the main course, fruit, water bottle, shake bottle, laptop and cables, head and shin protection, boxing gloves, glasses case, soap, towel, sometimes gym clothing. I try to train before and after work, so I love having this bag. It carries everything that I need for 2-3 training sessions a day plus a day at the office. Great distribution of the space, and I love having the two pockets on the ends for keeping my food cold until I get to the fridge at the office and for putting my stinky clothes in before heading to work or home. What I love most about this bag is that I can really carry everyhing thing I need in one bag to work, and not have to break it down into different bags. So while it is a very big bag to lug around, and get's plenty of questions in the elevator, it does the job beautifully by saving me the hassle of loading up on different bags.

A roll of electrical tape, two rolls of white athletic tape, 2 pairs of shinguards, head gear, my BJJ belt, my Karate belt, mouth guard, 4 pairs of gloves (3 mma, one safete mma), my bjj gi top...bout it. Oh. yeah. A foam training knife, focus mitts, and a pair of nunchaku. And a jump rope. That Fuji bag has a cooler pocket? man, I need to go hit Datsusara's suggestion box, that's literally the only thing their hemp gear bags are missing.

"That's all". Yup, that's literally more tape than my local store had (they had an empty shelf). I'm actually surprised there was no snack. I know he doesn't like fruits, but not even a snack bar or something. Training 4 hours at his level has to eat resources and I'm dying after 1,5 hours myself. My bag has just change underwear, shower gel, deodorant stick, towel, water bottle, whey shake and banana, gi, some tape and bandage with scissors.

***** it'd be cool to know for sure, but I guarantee you he doesn't use biogro, bcaas, or even creatine. Lol! Probably just protein on occasion and maybe a greens powder and fish oil if he even takes anything at all. You'll be surprised how many athletes don't use or even know about supplements.
