I sell this plates for a living and these are perfect for home workouts, far far better than paying expensive subscription fees for gym, if you're a newbie then go with these plates, build basic to intermediate strength and then go for gym for advance training

Pvc Weights are only with filled sand, cement ...so one must use these kind of weights carefully. If it falls on ground than it will break unlike iron,rubber plates
