Real life test I would like to see yu do with the bailout is opening a can of soup. The mini grip can do it no problem but it does seem to need a little attention to the blade after about 4 cans. I would also like to see you not break the bailout but run tests on it that we would use the bailout for on the daily. Thanks for doing this so others don't have to. I myself have no problems taking any of my Benchmades apart. Benchmades are super solid and the company is really reasonable when it comes to there products. As for the bugout blade in the bailout scales. I would have been all for it in tell I did a little soul searching. Now I don't think I would buy a bailout if it wasn't a tanto. Go figure I hate tantos but really liking it on the bailout. I would be super happy if they did a spanto on it. In fact I would buy one twice. One in each blade style.

Does the pommel open a beer? If not that would be a cool after market. Also I would definitely prefer some different blade choices
@gnomersy10875 жыл бұрын
For testing the pommel I'd do hammering tests say a finishing nail and a moderate sized nail into wood and drywall. Maybe snapping off the end of a screw by striking it with the pommel from the side. Glass breaking. Breaking the blade I mean throwing the knife repeatedly is a good way to jack it up, cutting steel wire or aluminum panels, also unscrewing something with a knife point is a good way to break it.

I wanted to see the Tanto 3V blade with the Bugout handle scales, to see if those Bugout scales actually ended up lining up flush/even with the spine of that Tanto blade!!! @@wookie9581 Yes, it is true. From the FTC website: Understanding the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act ---------- "Tie-In Sales" Provisions ---------- Generally, tie-in sales provisions aren’t allowed. These are provisions that state or imply that a consumer must buy or use an item or service from a particular company to keep their warranty coverage. Here are some examples of PROHIBITED tie-in sales provisions. “To keep your new Plenum Brand Vacuum Cleaner warranty in effect, you must use genuine Plenum Brand Filter Bags. Failure to have scheduled maintenance performed, at your expense, by the Great American Maintenance Company, Inc., voids this warranty.” “This limited warranty shall not apply if the warranty seal has been broken, removed, erased, defaced, altered, or is otherwise illegible,” where a device cannot be repaired without such effects.
