Industrialization is the key to uplifting Africa 🇨🇮 🇨🇮
@juniorgrant54953 жыл бұрын
Very true. Other countries have gone out of their way to ensure Africa supplies only raw materials and not produce final products. Industrialization is key to producing the final products that can be sold domestically, regionally and globally.
@delightministers33723 жыл бұрын
Very correct
@NkrumahTure3 жыл бұрын
Yep. As long as Africans have primary management and control of all stages of their raw material resources from extraction to manufacturing, then yes, it's a good thing. The way its set up now, europeans (foreign capital) possess the lions share of the continent's material wealth, including Ghana. It's what President Kwame Nkrumah was fighting against.
@NkrumahTure3 жыл бұрын
@@juniorgrant5495 Agreed. The strongest position for Africa to be in for maximum benefit and international influence is a political union of African states. With an entire continent bound by a constitution, it unifies not only Africa's states, but also all of her material wealth. No one could match the continent in development, production and distribution of products in exports. For that a common currency and banking system is necessary. Nkrumah proposed that the central authority be an All-African Union Government, a federated system with powers delegated to the African states. This is the strongest position Africa can be in if we are to industrialize. Africa must be free of foreign monopoly to do this, and strong enough to protect a newfound productive capacity from those who will surely scheme to sabotage it.

Small suggestion, ease up on your negative tone with "foreigners" and foreign investors, not all of them are bad.
