What's inside? The Medford Knife Merc-1 Proof Strike.

Turns out I was #4 for the purchase of this knife for their companies first OTF knife. Over a year from the order the knife has been into the factory twice, and now I'm going to open it up and see what might be going on inside as I'm still on the fence. how does it stack up against the Kershaw Livewire and Benchmade Shootout.

I'll see how it does. Seems there was a manufacturing error with the dog being installed incorrectly as that was the first time I have had the knife open. Looking forward to seeing how the Microtech no blade play models is.

I like a lot of Medfords, but this one’s a hard pass for me. Too thick, too expensive and that clip is just fugly.
