Keep in mind as well that the likelihood of a thief using a grinder with a wall plug is very low. Battery operated ones produce lower torque and rotational velocity so the process would take even longer

The algorithm sent me here from one of LockPickingLawyer's videos. It occurs to me the strategy for cutting it off would be to cut a notch wide enough to get your angle grinder in so you can cut the rest. Granted, that's going to take several minutes and probably a few batteries on the angle grinder, so that's not a security flaw. But if you ever do lose your keys and need to get through it, that's what I'd suggest instead of cutting your frame.

I’m wondering if the battery powered angle grinder would make the attempt even more difficult. This does look like a hell of a job. If I saw someone grinding I’d probably try to get a picture of them, the vehicle, and the license plate. The brazen audacity of some of these thieves should be challenged. I live in a “carry” state. I wonder how many of us are actually “carrying.”

the best uncuttable lock is the bike itself. They make bicycles that have locks built into the bike so if you want to steel the bike you would actually have to cut the bike in half. I've seen bikes where even the seat is welded to the bike. There's no chain or clamp that can be cut, just a lock mechanism built into the post. What I'd like to see someone come up with a handlebar dashbord to hold all my gadgets that can be locked and removed all at once and put in a carrying bag.

there is a 2 piece aluminum cover under the rubber cover, If you cut a V into the side a chunk of the aluminum will fall out they you are at the U part which you can cut thru very easy. Not saying it doesn't take time but it can be cut.
