I think the translation/subtitles are wrong and she actually said: "all the Chinese people eating sushi" which in a correct English is "all the Chinese people are eating sushi". I guess she just mixed up Japanese and Chinese culture before coming to China which is pretty common in western countries. Btw she made me laugh so hard
