because our life cycles up and down i think stressors not addressed lead to the gain. I lost 87 pounds in 2018. I went from 287 to just at 200-203. Then Covid hit and hit hard. Too much life devastating events and things that forever change how we do our 'daily' ...... just too many other moments left me really just making excuses to indulge, comfort myself into a 57 pound gain! I got back on the keto-train and yes like you have stated before the second time around is not the same. Being 59, post menopausal, having had a hysterectomy and still having daily extreme stress has made taking it off this time much harder....so as of today I am 'back-down' to 232 and dreaming about One-der-land. So what I do to motivate myself? Watch inspirational videos like you two and others. I laugh at how my Instagram is all keto folks and food. But in a good way it is inspiring to see 'acceptable-eats!'. Luv you darlings.

My brother and I were very competitive. Sadly he was a better athlete. Love the guy. Enjoyed the competition. I was in a combination class with my sister when I was ten. First time I realized she was smarter. Love my family and I am grateful for them. I am 5” 10’ and a 162 pounds. I would fluctuate between a 190-200 pounds off keto. I like your thought that your keto for life. Me too 👍

7/17/22 I love your AMAs! And you actually did answer a question I'd had about how to tell you two apart. I'd already been noticing differences - but it really helps that Emily always sits on the right of the screen (to Sarah's left - I am confusing myself!) And yet, just when I think I have it all figured out, you guys will switch hair styles (one up, one down) and I am a bit lost again! Hahah! Still, I love your content and you're both just so pleasant to 'hang out' with in this way.

I think you guys look like twins but not exactly alike, and there's a variation in your voices. What's funny is that my 2 younger daughters often get mistaken for twins, and I really can't see it! Then a couple years ago someone asked if my 3 daughters were triplets. We laughed but the woman said, "I'm serious, are they?" Just to give you an idea of what she was looking at, my oldest daughter has a mass of super dark, hyper curly hair, she's 5' 4" and is at least 30lbs heavier than both her sisters. Middle daughter has light brown hair, straight as a board down to her waist. Youngest is the tallest at 5' 6", short hair, and glasses. We told them woman no and explained that they are all at least 2 years apart.

My mom was a twin they often bought the same clothing but lived miles apart , They both passed away and had the same health problems :( when one found out they had a condition the other made a dr, appt , d0 you do that? My twins were and still are (even at 30) gamers and used to do the cosplay thing! Now they only do it at Halloween. The twin in MO still plays games online and with her hubs and my grandson. I said in a previous comment they were 33. My oldest daughter is 33, they are 30. Sorry about that.

Love your channel! The both of you have been very inspiring! In may i was 245 started If and keto,and now 207. Sleep is a big factor to loosing weight. Do the both of you get the same amount of sleep? Maybe thats a difference between the weight loss between you two?

Sing it! That’s true, I have noticed that Emily does have slightly larger eyes! And the shape of their faces is slightly different, yet similar. Most identical twins can be told apart when you get to know them better or see them more often. Although there are twins at my office who nobody at work can tell apart.

I didn’t exercise at all for the first 50 pounds I lost then started the walk at home videos and now walk 3 miles on my work day and 6 miles on my days off. I work three days so get about 30-33 miles a week which sounds crazy but I do the 3 miles in 45 minutes and break the 6 miles in two 45 minutes sessions so one in the am and one in the pm. It’s a great stress release, I’m a RN so I need the de stress lol 😘

@caramel1430 THAT is hilarious!!! When my twins were little I was in a group called MOMs Club (Mothers of Multiples). The organizer of our group had 6 kiddos- a single, a set of g/b fraternals, and then triplets, two of the three were identicals. She said the same thing about her g/b twins! I found out from my ob/gyn back then that there are 4 types of twins: Identical identicals (share the sac, mirror images exactly alike) Fraternal identicals (share the sac, look alike but with clear differences) Identical fraternals (share the womb only, still look very much alike) Fraternal fraternals (share the womb only, don’t look anything alike-basically just siblings born at the same time) He also told me the fraternals can be genetic and identicals happenstance only and that several things can prompt the likelihood of having twins: the more pregnancies you’ve had, your genealogy, your age-older women are more likely to, and of course fertility help. Now all this was 30 years ago so it may all be proven wrong by now, but I had twins in my family (my dad and a few great aunts and uncles), was 30 when my twins were born, and that was my 4th pregnancy (I lost my first two during the pregnancies), so yeah, it was spot-on info back then! Sorry if this is way TMI-just wanted to share!
