Brother please don't bargain with the shop keepers to death ! he was giving you an amazing price and you robbed him of the very small profit that he needs to feed his family , one or two dollars mean nothing to you but it's all he may earn that day , it was really painful seeing that part .

You’re mad because he wanted a deal? 😂 that’s crazy especially since people tend to over charge foreigners. But what’s even crazier is you bring up something so minuscule when he was out there feeding kids when everyone was looking at them like they were animals calling them beggars

I am mad because he used his foreigner/ youtube position to force the man into selling at a unfair price when the population of syria has been decimated by 13 years of wars and sanctions to the point of starvation and the fact that you are defending his actions is even more despicable , by the way I am Syrian and I know how much rugs cost in the markets and that rug was not over priced .@@user-fy3ez8pw1v

@@user-fy3ez8pw1vjust to inform you syria is not a touristic destination is not turkey it's a country that's been at war for more than a decade those children that you're calling beggars, their parents must've died in the war you might think that syrians are living a good life from this video with smiles and kindnes but believe me they are trying hard to rebuild their lives and their homes and that's how much do these people have.

Why are you negotiating in Syria? The people are in extreme poverty, you should be tipping them not negotiating unnecessarily. What is 20,000 Syrian Pounds gonna do for you? It makes a big difference for them.

They were saying 'Ngolo' Kante, not the N-word, jesus lol. Football is likely the biggest exposure these war-stricken kids have to black people, I don't think they meant any harm by saying black player names to you, it was just their best way to try and connect with you, esp with a language barrier. It's also important to remember to give Syrians a bit more grace than you normally even do, because these people are impoverished and likely broken from the last 13 years of war. I went to Syria in 2009 and it was happier than this. Many of them have probably lost loved ones and experienced terrible things, we gotta be compassionate for that

34:20 You shouldn't haggle with shop owners & workers , their economy is sanctioned & all of them live in poverty , If i visit Syria I would give them more than they ask to help them , 20 dollars are nothing for many of us it's the cost of two Mac meals in London while for them the 20 dollars can secure food for their families in 3 or 4 days where they can taste a good forgotten meal that they never eat in a whole year like meat , chicken , fish etc .
@chrysaliscrisis8530

Great video I’ve been following you and a fan for the past year and a half almost 2 But always remember These are war, torn countries, and the people have been severely affected. They are stronger than any of the western countries. That’s how they keep a smile on their face in the warm heart. Keep that in mind when negotiating, you know you win, regardless due to currency exchange, so bargaining for a price show them some love

I can tell my brother loves weapons. One of the few youtubers who visits gunshops in their walking tours. I want a Bersa (Argentinian semi auto 9mm) review next time you're in Argentina. 😂. May Allah bless you brother.

Perhaps you made a mistake, not 80% Christians, the percentage of Christians is less than 25%, regardless of the percentage, Muslims are the majority in Syria. Some corrections Other corrections The man didn't allow you from the beginning to pick up the knife and to cut the shawarma, but your guide said yes. .... And the man selling the carpet at the end asked you again if the amount was 440, and you told him don't be cheeky, he was asking you again to make sure, because your guide at the end tried to bargain again and give him less.

Loved the video.. different cultures different way of thinking ..the guys may be said the N word but in Syria they dont know the horrible background of it or how it hits non Syrians ears .. they think it is a joke , well they always hear it in songs and movies and definitely meant no offence and most probably they thought you will love it.

The guy was saying 'N Golo Kante'. He wasn't being racist or ignorant. If you calm down, and take your time a bit maybe you would've understood instead of easily falling prey to the victim card. Black/African ppl need to stop thinking everything is about racism against them. Yes there are legitimate problems everywhere but most times ppl don't give a shit about those things.

Yes , they were trying to befriend him per their own culture , they were identifying themselves as African football players because football is widespread game in these countries & they are fans of these players .
