Can you choose your seva ? Or does the seva keep changing so we experiences different kinds of seva? If you know a skill, will you get stuck doing only that all 7 months ?

You can't really choose your seva. For some people it's same for all 7 months, for some it changes. There's no hard and fast rule and basis to that. No, if you know a skill and still want to change your department, you can put your concern to your coordinator and Sadhanapada team (the team that takes care about all aspects of Sadhanapada)

I am not really sure about that. You should better consult a hatha yoga teacher for that. But I think since it cleanses the 5 elements, it should.

Namaskaram Anna. Video was very informative., thank you !! Anna I've registered for July 2023-Jan2024 Sadhanapada, what I wanted to know is the probability of being called, given that lot of people would have registered, Isha would close after taking in some number of people. Any thought on that ?

Namaskaram So happy for you 🙏❤️ Talking about the probability, there's no fixed criteria as such. You can't really predict this thing. They don't close the applications till about 1 month or so before the program starts. They also want to take as many people as they can accommodate. So just complete the process, be truthful in each step and just wait.

Wake up time is 4:30. Before that you cannot do any practice that makes sound. So they have to manage it that way. So no disturbance for others

Neither of the two. It is hatha yoga practice, but they don't teach in Sadhanapada. You have to learn separately if you want by paying the fee

Namaskaram It's the same schedule only. But on amavasya and purnima, dhyanalinga is open until midnight for gents and ladies respectively. So whosoever wishes can go

@jhanvigupta8635 aapne jiss institution se kia hai uske levels waha apply karenge. Isha me inner engineering first & most significant hai. Aapne jo course kia hai woh mere friends ne bhi kia still they applied and were very grateful that they did. Hope it answers your question.

Sadhguru kabhi hote hain kabhi nahi. Mahine mein 1-2 satsang hote hain. And vaise to randomly kabhi dikh jaayen ashram m to dikh jaaye, it's all about luck. Han Hindi program nahi available hai abhi. Also, English ke bhi sab Jan Tak full hain. So aap ya to online kar sakte ho ya fir local center agar aas paas hai jahan program hota h vahan kar sakte ho. But agar retreat hi karna h to wait karna padega aapko.

See difference nahi hoga program mein. Ye aapke suvidha pe hai aapko kisme suvidha h. Ab online Naya IE aa gaya h to vo bohot acha hone wala h vo kar sakte ho. Sadhguru ne satsang mein Hume bhi karne ko suggest Kiya h jo already kar chuke hain
