Just went to Universal from the 7th to the 11th and the "soft open" was almost like a full open. I rode Velocicoaster 4 times and it is easily my favorite ride and definitely worth a 75 minute wait

Esquites > elotes! My kids love when I make it as a side to Chimichangas, tamales or tacos! And my shortcut is using canned roasted corn! Crema, cotija, paprika, cilantro and a squirt of lime, DELICIOUS! Sometimes I will just eat it as a meal by itself! Btw, I pray for yall every night for a 2nd pregnancy! I've watched yall for a long time and remember when you said in a Q&A you accepted you couldn't have kids and after yall got moved in to your new house, Jackson was conceived! I am a true believer in things happening for a reason and when the time is right, those things will happen! Yall are amazing parents and I truly hope you are blessed with another baby, if it is something yall want! I've never bawled so much at a strangers gender reveal and birth video in my life! As a Brazilian I give Jackson a Honorary Brazilian title for loving coxinha as much as we do! 😂👏🏽🙌🏽 it’s pronounced more like “co she nha” (the “nha” sorta has the same sound of “gnac” in the word “cognac”) it’s hard to explain sounds writing but if you use the sound feature in google translator, it should do a better job than me 😅

After watching a few of your videos back to back of the new food, i have had to take a emergency trip to our local super market as the thought of food is overwhelming . It was a dream come true to travel there in 2019 from the UK i had always wanted to go there since being a little kid , ironically when i went there i was 32 , but felt like a little kid as soon as i walked in the park. Hi Jenn & Tim! Greetings from Brazil! About the correct way to say coxinha: the X sounds like SH and the NH has the same sound as the Spanish Ñ or the French/Italian GN (as in cognac ou gnocchi). Coxinha means "small thighs" and it is the most famous Brazilian snack. There's no party without coxinha and brigadeiro (the small chocolate truffle balls that are often for sale at the food festivals). Coxinhas are always filled with chicken - with or without catupiry (a kind of Brazilian cream cheese). Hope I could have helped you!
