I'm working with PHP since v3 - I tried so many IDEs to fit my needs, but this one nailed it! Using it since 3 year or somewhat, never regret one single day! Actually, the learning curve is still steep, and you might release some *actual* tutorial videos on how to use it. Not just for me - I guess many devs are not clear about the huge potential behind this IDE! Nope, this is not a paid comment, I'm just a huge fanboy :D

I updated my php storm to version 2021.1 and it started to hang with a lot of problems..It started to unrecognise the classes I made with version 2020.3.3. All my project started to break as php storm was unable to recognise the classes..This update is not good. I had to revert back to version 2020.3.3

New update is bad for developer without retina display . Subpixel option is removed . Fonts are showing badly. I used to Jetbrains mono font . It was amazing but after update it shown very bad. What is your suggestion for that? Developer who plug external monitor to macbook and fonts showing bad

All the options are still there and available under `Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance` in the `Antialiasing` section. Could you please check if the settings there are the same for you as before?

@@pronskiy I checked but in antialiasing only exist greyscale not subpixel. I need subpixel. Because without it font not shown normally. In previous version everything was perfect.

Phpstorm is a mess that only gets buggier as new versions are released. Please fix your terrible terminal which has troubles highlighting and copying text and has an autofill that completely messed up what's being typed.

Sorry to hear you feel that way. I'm sure we can resolve terminal issues. Could you clarify what highlighting is broken for you? Do you have steps to reproduce bugs with copying and autofill mess?

Got mad deleted it all. I was able to code but the power went out and delete all the coding that I had down so I basically wasted 15 hours of my life.
