dose it have the "microtuning" capability for oriental scales?

Without micro-tuning a lot of Middle Eastern and Indian samples sound very artificial. Most string and wind instruments don’t sound realistic either. This sounds like a library that would’ve been ok 15 years ago but the world of sampling has really moved since then and this library lacks articulations and is just not up to scratch. I was thinking of buying it but this review showed me I would’ve been very disappointed, so thank you for posting it.
