Dray Clark joins “BNC Live” to discuss what’s to come for the three white men now found guilty of attempted kidnapping and violating Ahmaud Arbery’s civil rights.
Gregory and Travis McMichael were also convicted of carrying and brandishing a weapon during the commission of a crime of violence. The McMichaels, along with neighbor William Bryan, targeted Arbery because he was Black.

I feel that Justice is called for, very much. But at some point, someone has to say, don't replace one form of hate with another. Is it just vengeance and more hate? I saw someone say, I hope the corrupt prison officials look the other way while dudes rape them. Oh, so do we just throw out all ethics and morality? Do we throw out the laws and Constitution. Why even have a trial or an honest judge. Just lynch them.

Those idiots can say that all they want , it wont change a thing because under that state citizen arrest law they did NOT meet any of the 3 element to do it. 1. Witness a felony (at best the murder victim trespassed and that is only a misdemeanor and does not qualify for citizen arrest) 2. heard from someone that saw a felony 3.The murder victim had to escape police custody or ran away from court custody. then the self defense law. 1. the second they chased him without a legit reason to do so the murder victim had every right to defend himself 2. the second they tried to hit him with their trucks the murder victim had every right to defend himself. 3. the moment that fat idiot came out to the murder victim with a fire arm the murder victim had every right to defend himself. this is all according to Georgia laws and its very simple.

This is bigger than the victim. This set a precedent for others who have it on their twisted minds. This renders some sympatric state governor powerless to release these 3 convicted felons via a pardon or commutation. This was the epidemy of vigilantism with a considerable amount of racial assumptions. "He keep looking at the constructions site, so he must want to steal something." This is no different than a guy that keep going to the same showroom floor at same car dealership for months without incident. 0:33, I would love to be able to tell her she is dead wrong, and Ahmaud's family got what they got today because the DOJ did the right thing and went after the SOB's who killed her son, but sadly she is right, nothing would have happened had they not fought they way they did. I pray this country can heal and we don't find ourselves heading the opposite direction, we don't need "tit for tat", the country needs to continue to bring justice to atrocities such as this, and heal as a nation. 10:05, I totally agree, every race should be throughly sick at what these 3 men did, I think mostly everyone is.

@jsb331 Yeah, I would bet that they are still sitting in there right now actually still believing that Arbery attacked them thus turning it into their self defense and wondering why Arbery didn't stop when he told him to. The entire time during these trials they had those dumb looks on their faces as if saying they still didn't get that what they did was wrong and why was everyone looking at them. They knew that they were in some sort of trouble. Well, they'll have plenty of time to think it through and all they had to do was leave him alone when he didn't comply with them. That is a long, long time to have to run that through your mind...year after year. I thought about that with regards to myself and if I approached someone asking them a question or something and if the person didn't speak or ignored me there is no interest there and I would just move on. This should have been one of those times when Travis' saw that Arbery wasn't cooperating he should have put his foot on the gas and just rolled on down the street... they would home now. Couldn't see the forest for trees. This entire mess was just unnecessary. Too late to take it back.

Let us not sing victory over the outcome of this case. In my opinion, it gets matters worse because someone out there is thinking of ways to change the law to accept this kind of behavior since, in their views, we are not human and don't deserve any protection. They have the power because it was given to them like Christ said to Pontius Pilate that, if the power was given to him from above, he would not be able to touch a string of his hair (exaggeration). Though not quoted verbatim the idea is conveyed clearly.
