Arbery did not commit burglary. He was not a criminal. The jailed trio were the aggressors in this scenario. The only reason the McMs were parked in the street, barely 100 yards from their own house, just around the corners, loaded weapons in hand, was to act with malice and menace toward Arbery. They were not collecting for the Red Cross. They were not on a family picnic. They had set out, with intent, to chase Arbery down. You try to make it sound as though Arbery attacked them while they were innocently standing around, but you fail. "Poor Roddy" had the choice to stay at home, but he did not. Poor Roddy admitted immediately after that he had joined in the chase willingly, and had used his vehicle with malice and menace against Arbery. You fail again.

And in this..... Situation, for lack a term that is not insulting, he said the victim robbed you. This did not happen in the real confrontation. And then the victim was confronted. With a chase. Victim on foot, running from two trucks until exhausted. Met with a shotgun and who knows what else. Tries and fails to save himself, shot two time. This was at least first degree murder, the actual crime is the furthest from this.... Windbags scenario. What were their reasons for chasing him down and why did they bring guns if they met to stop him for the police? Maybe the hate crime charge is for the reasons they killed Arbery.
