My PROVEN contractors vote to accept or reject future contractors. People of like character associate with people of the same character. Also, none of my workers have to work. Friends are willing to substitute for one another when obstacles prevent a job being performed. Everyone remains happy willing to assist one another as needed.

Best wishes living your dream. Suggest diligence selecting contractors. Even honest people can be tempted. Eliminate temptations whenever possible. Logo your napkins, foil etc; daily inventory. Again, best wishes. Many of my workers, seniors 65 plus & single mothers only work limited times. Few people have a good work ethic. GOOD LUCK.

Dan, make sure the new trailer will be legal in your city / county. This winter I tried to set up a insulated trailer with service window that I rolled my cart into simply so that I could be warm. The health department said no unless I could fulfill the requirements similar to full size food trucks & trailers. Hell, the sink size & exhaust requirements blew that idea out of the water. Check your codes carefully. Oh, I did set up a 5 foot square three walled tent with heater that solved my need for heat. Government rules are ridiculous at times. BEST WISHES

It really depends on the spot and the time of day. This is where you need to be crafty. I set up outside of bars between 10pm and 4am, and can easily do $1000-$1500 per cart. However, if I set up outside of those same bars between 9am and 5pm, I'd be lucky to do $100. You have to find the foot traffic, my friend.

I just use my cell phone camera set up on a tri pod. I havent had anyone who was offended by the camera. I'm set up on a public sidewalk, where there is no expectation of privacy.

I saw some other vendors who have like 3 tables set up one of thrm offered “toys” for a Kids’ meal! I mean, this guy had A Lot of food: cookies, toys, juice packs, etc. I don’t I can do All that. Hey Dan, not to do with this video but have you done a video on how to setup Alexa in particular the announcements? Can the announcements be automated or scheduled every hour?

I havent done a video, but yes, announcements can be set up to repeat hourly. If you go to the menu in your Alexa, then clock on "routines", this allows you to set up those announcements.

Yes. It only announces who it's from when you use the "announcement" feature... routines don't do that.
