I need to get my eating back on track too! I was doing better and working out again and then got covid and haven't gotten back on track 😩 I can't wait to see Peter open your beautiful gift 💙💙

I can relate to so much of your vid today....I think what helped us manage our food was becoming so passionate over the cooking process, we became obsessed with cooking so we could make those changes in ingredients that are better health wise but DON'T sacrifice taste, finding those substitutes for the salt and sugar and becoming a master "potion maker" lol as my friends little girl said lol so I say bipidy bopidy boop your way into the kitchen and maybe start experimenting with small healthy dishes you can replace a non healthy dish with or even start smaller and try to find a snack you can replace, like instead of candy we did "candied" grapes.....but we found like a healthy way to make the candi part of the recipe.......super easy too......Anyway very relatable vid friend, thanks for uploading.

I hope you’re not diabetic. I am diabetic and I LOVE my sweets and carbs (which are the worst), so if you find something that curbs your appetite for those; please share. Congratulations on quitting your addiction (not sure how to correctly word that (wish my husband could get to that point)). Sending you positive vibes. 💙💙💙💙💙

Thank you miss Tracy💙💙 I'm taking it one day at a time. Today I didn't completely avoid sugar or carbs, but I didn't exceed 40 grams of either on all three meals! We have a restaurant called First Watch that I went to which shows the sugars and carbs clearly for every dish on their website which helped a lot! I had a whole iced coffee which tasted pretty sweet that was 20 grams of sugar, and I had an eggs Benedict BLT which came on a piece of bread, that was 39 carbs 👍 I did get hungry cause I was busy chatting with my mum and forgot to eat lunch, almost drank a lot of soda, so to curb my sugar craving I had a 1/4th of a watermelon, two servings of lightly salted tostitos chips and cilantro salsa, and 3 home baked chicken tenders. I feel pretty great!! 💕💕

@@lovekoe that’s great. I need to get more serious about my weight and what I eat (I have a dr appt tomorrow morning to check my A1C 🫣🫠😵💫). I have been able to quit drinking sodas, for the most part (I only drink them occasionally, but still hate “plain” water). I’m not good at holding myself accountable to eat right or to even just start walking, but I’m trying to 😔. Here’s to both our journey’s 💙🤞💙🤞💙.
