Yeah, since upgrading from a 2DS, I've found I hate the New 3DS stylus and location. It's lighter, located at the bottom and I tend to drop it. I preferred the weightier 2DS stylus on the side, but it's a small sacrifice to be made for a beautiful, more portable and powerful system. Still love my 2DS, though.

Actually, you can use Micro SD cards that are larger than 32gb. The problem stems from how you format the micro SD. All micro SD's have to be formatted in FAT32 or they won't work on a 3DS. Using a program like FAT32 Format will let you format any micro SD regardless of size to FAT32 so you can use it on a 3DS/3DS XL or New 3DS/New 3DS XL.

Moe & Delby Somewhat. You need a software to format the card into FAT32. I recommend FAT32 Formatter for this. After downloading it, just select the SD card you want to format and it will format it into FAT32. It should be compatible with your 3DS afterwards.

I'm using two 64Gb micro-SD Cards each on two of my three 3DSes -- worked just fine on both. You would just need to format it in a file system that the 3DS can read using a third-party software if you are on Windows 7 or lower. I'm not sure however whether either Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 10 can do it without the need for a third-party software though.

FYI, 32 GB is not the largest you can use. It's the largest that the 3DS can format and anything larger must be formatted on PC first using a program from Nintendo. I threw a 128 GB MicroSD card in my New 3DS XL so I never have to worry about running out of space.

personally the best game on the entire DS line if you ask me (and according to most reviews I am correct) but again this is opinion Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (ALBW) - game of the year (2014) for handhelds, and critically acclaimed (4.8 million units sold< OUT selling Pokemon X) I agree MM is a great remake for 3DS, and RE: Revelation is good too, but ALBW is by far my favorite (even when you consider Dragon Quest Games, Fire Emblem, and Bravely Default/Second) .

You can use any size micro SD card, it's just that 32GB+ models need to be formatted to FAT32 using an SD card reader to match the format of the 32GB and lower models. I'm using a 200GB card on my 3DS

I have the limited edition Pokemon Sun/Moon New 3DS XL the one with Solgaleo and Lunala on it. I got it back in 2016. I have 58 games total- 26 physical games and 32 digital games. 6 of my physical games are from the original DS library- Pokemon Heart Gold, Super Mario 64 DS, Radiant Historia, Mario Kart DS, Ultimate Mortal Kombat and Sonic Classic Collection. The other 20 physical games are all 3DS exclusives and my 32 digital games are all a mix of 3DS, SNES, NES, Gameboy and Gameboy Color with one being the limited edition download- Legend of Zelda Four Swords Anniversary Edition.

I think personally, get I know since the system is very cheap used. I got mine for about 130.00 (better than paying 200.00) and the games now are pretty cheap used

how did you get the older titles on 3ds? can I find it in store or I need to mode the 3ds? I am looking to have the good old games on the go, and I am not sure what to buy. I would buy the new 2ds xl and got them from the store but I can't see what it is in store. I don't care about the new games, and if I can't get the old games without modding the console, I might as well go for a gamboy-ish pi zero
