I agree, Bold fits the theme of guardian perfectly and hope to see more. I’d like to see Bold have more high risk/high reward too. Example: An event “Big Swing” Can only be played as a first action. Fight: If successful do 4 damage. If failed, end your turn and take 2 horror.

The Gatling Gun has a bunch of options, doesn’t exhaust, and hits everything at the location. Being an illicit item also gives it the ability to be fished out, as well as all of its supporting cards. It is a far superior gun to the bar

I want a 5 Will Guardian that interacts with the "police" trait and has access to Seeker "tools". Preferably based on the old guy who looks like the commissioner from Police Academy movies, featured in the art for Leadership. That and a mortar.

take the initiative is one of the things that makes a guaridan fun to me. i would love an archetype that profits of going first (or last!). also, reverse lone wolf would be fun for guardians.

I think having "Rogues be the gun class" is not a great design choice thematically. Besides, it's already established that cops and former soldiers who become aware of the Mythos fall into the Guardian class, who are as likely to be using firearms as scoundrel and criminal Rogues. Having Rogue guns and Guardian guns, with different themes that are reflected in mechanics, was a better idea. The difference between the outwardly similar Shotgun and the Lupara, or the .45 Auto and the Colt Vest Pocket, are perfect examples. However I can understand if it's strenuous for the designers to have to come up with ideas like those examples. Obviously separating "guns and melee weapons" is much easier.

I'd like a card that gets really good if you are the lead investigator.

Better firearms would be great, but it'll be a hard job to rebalance them against the overpowered melee-weapons with stronger cards alone. My recommendation is to build in some enemies that "punish" melee attacks. I.e.: "While being attacked with a melee weapon Hooked Horror gains 'Retaliate' / deals one damage to the attacking investigator"

Gotta second Travis on wanting more card draw and/or card search options. Card Search seems like it’s more Guardian, having dependability over drawing tons, and mirrors Tetsuo and Prepared for the Worst.
