Enjoyed the drive through Gatlinburg. Things sure have changed. The last time I was there was in the 80s. My dad and I saw a country music show with Ernie Ashworth. I remember Dollywood when it was Silver Dollar City and Goldrush Junction. I loved Hillbilly Village. Sorry to hear it was torn down. You guys take care and stay well. Love your videos.

Wish I could be there right now. I Love to come when there's no crowds. But I don't want to be irresponsible and take the risk. When I saw all those people walking around Gatlinburg, I saw germs, bugs, and viruses everywhere! LOL! I'll just do as asked and stay at home for right now. Maybe in a few months we'll get to come up. Stay safe!!

Great video, haven't been down since November and with some life circumstances not sure when I'll get back. Thank you for sharing, I love driving the parkway from 407 to the park. Wood Fire Grill has some great pot roast plus all the other choices on the huge buffet. Rocky Waters is probably my favorite motel. Really enjoyed riding along. Thank you for sharing..

I already booked my vacation at margaritaville in gatlinburg for this June. I hope this is over by then. I live in Baltimore and I can't wait to go back. I was there in 2018 and we just loved it. Gatlinburg is just a special place to visit. I guess we'll see what happens. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the updates. We live in North Carolina just across the state line. Manditory closings for all restaurants and bars. Drive through or to go orders only. I think I will just go spend time at our camper on douglas lake and fish.

My family and I are planning on traveling to Gatlinburg at the end of the month. We talked to The Old Creek Lodge and they plan on staying open.We aren't falling for this mass hysteria. Thank you for your information.

Just started following you guys. I live about 2 hours away from the smokies. We love it as much as you do. As much as you travel you need to start geocaching. If you've never heard of it. Its like a big egg hunt. Only you use you GPS to find treasures all around the world. Just Google geocaching and set a account up and start. Its a lot of fun. It takes you to places you may have never seen.

We drove around today, now a lot has changes the past 2 days, i notice a lot less people, traffic in just 2 days. Ran over to the bargain barn to get some food stuff to bring back home this weekend. They were packed! Looks like gburg was nothing compared to yesterday!!

We were just down there yesterday in Cade's Cove. Was surprised to see so many things open for business. Drove through Gatlinburg, & it wasn't packed, but people were out & about.

Thanks so much Will & Dawn for the tour of what is open and what isn’t...for now! I’m here in Orlando and I work @ Disney World, which is all closed up along with all the other fun things to do in the area. The beaches are still open, but there are talks that they MIGHT close too. I never thought I’d say this, but it sure is boring here in Orlando! It’s pretty much a ghost town. We’re planing on coming up to my cabin in April...I sure hope there won’t be a travel ban on driving from state to state....but you never know what’s ahead. Take care and stay safe and well!!!!!! Thanks for the info. We are self quarantined here in the ATL. It seems with all those people out and about that alot of cross contamination could be happening. Then the people take the virus back to their cities or from their cities to the Smokey's. The only way to end this is for all of us to be responsible. I would love to go have fun too, but we are in the at risk group and it just doesn't seem considerate. We love y'all, just stay safe!😎

My hubby andi want to go down there the 1st full week of april, is there anyway you could possible update us next weekend or even the 1st weekend of april on whats open and whats closed? We live in ky and are in one of the areas with cases ongoing. WE DONT HAVE IT, and have been self isolating unless working or major grocery runs.

Every restaurant here in Pikeville is drive thru only Glad Pigeon Forge is getting a Little Caesars, we have drove from Gatlinburg all the way o Sevierville to get their pizza's and cheesesticks Thanks for the drive video So sad that Hillbilly Days has been cancelled but I know its for the best, they are gonna try to have it in September, I'll keep y'all updated

That's what I've been wondering. So many are still going there. So many from all around and spreading it! Even Country Tonight hasn't closed and having concerts. The president answered a question today about States not following the requests to close. He said the government was very upset with certain ones. I think he meant Virginia as once he said that our local restaurants started closing. Looks like TN is ignoring those rules.

We went to the Wax Museum yesterday - on March 17, 2020, and the front counter employee told us that the mayor has given them notice - all attractions will shut down in Sevier County on Friday if they aren’t shut down already. FYI. Do not come down after Friday.

Doug Sydboten - It is named after the Tanger family. Steve Tanger pronounces his name in commercials as “tAnger” and “Tang” is pronounced the same way the old orange flavored drink is pronounced. It’s basically the word “anger” with a T on the front.

In SC all restaurants are takeout Only. Buffets are closed. Movie theaters are closed.
