What’s REALLY Driving People out of Washington DC

Hi, I am thinking of moving to D.C. in the spring of 2025; I really like the navy yard for an apartment, and love what they're doing with it. But I did hear two people were murdered recent and I'm wonder if it's blown over or should I skip and look elsewhere? my choices are Adams Morgan, Logan Circle, or just something in Northeast. I am a veteran and have a home loan I haven't , use but not sure I'm ready to jump into home ownership just yet. Thanks for all you do on this channel!

I would highly recommend for any neighborhood you would consider to check DC's Crime Cards.
