They made great points here, it's really crazy how SM made a fandom for their groups but at the same time some fans of that group became an SM trash and continued to stan the groups that they created along the way, making each of their groups always successful. This is where identity will take you, and this is hard to pull off given that some companies out there succeeded with some of their groups but the fans of those group didn't stan the groups that followed their successful groups. Idk if anyone will get what I said, but yeah.

I think it's also because the SM artists themselves are very supportive of each other and the SMtown concerts are also very family-like that it's very easy to love each and every group they have.

agreed. actually, they might have a chance then after their first album released because people starting to know them. but SM was pushing SNSD debut when they haven't stabled yet and just sending them to Japan. If only SM gave them more chance. It's not like they can't care for both them and SNSD anyway. their 1st and last korean full album is masterpiece. their japanese releases are really good too. I honestly think that SM is trying to repent what they did to CSJH when aespa debuted. 4 members with everyone having strong vocal, good dancers etc. not that other weren't great tho. but that thought comes to my mind right away when I heard aespa members vocal. if you look at them visually (I mean put the members together) the vibe really does similar, just that CSJH have more mature vibes. Even Giselle visual remind me a lot of Sunday. Ning Ning vocals kinda hold the same position as Dana, can do real high note and ear piercing voice. While Winter is Lina, husky and can do both deep and ear piercing voice. Sorry for my long rambling, because it's hard to find people who even know the greatness of CSJH

@@takenononsense I think it wasn't because of SNSD. But cuz of SM made the grace debuted on the same year with Super Junior. So the spotlight for the grace went to SM new boy group which is at the time boy group got more appreciation than girl group, even though SJ need a year to getting approved by knetz. (I'm ELF) So the girl groups nowadays must be respectful to SNSD, 2ne1, T-Ara who made history that girl group and boy group can be at the same level.

Of all the groups shown, the only one I had never heard of was the second one. Also, Red Velvet is the only SM group I've seen in person. I attended the Newark, NJ stop of their 2019 North America tour. That was the show where Seulgi's hair extension fell out.

2:56 yes girl.. Did you feel the power of The Grace? The most neglected gg from SM. 4:40 yes. All f(x) members are really beautiful and their beauty is so unique. 4:53 yes girl. You are so true. They both hold the same energy, power. That's why I like both these 2 groups. Now aespa is holding the same energy in their songs. Girl Power. That is the main reason why I like these 3 groups than SNSD and RV. They are too girly and not powerful as The Grace, f(x) and aespa. But I love all SM girl groups. 5:09 no girl.. f(x) has the most difficult choreographies from all other SM ggs. Debut era choreographies are very different and powerful. Last one, 4Walls is very smooth. It is not easy to do. Now aespa has difficult choreos. But they are not powerful like f(x). I was a dancer. If you analyse f(x)'s dancing you can see all 5 members have different dancing styles and 3 of them, Victoria, Luna and Amber are like main dancer material even though Victoria is the main dancer and other 2 are main vocalist and main rapper. 5:19 yes. Still they are the most unique kpop group and has the most unique discography. 5:39 yes girl. I hate SM for this reason. SM wasted them and SM lost his treasure.

sadly they missed shinvi, sugar and milk. people might argue that they were taken care by SM subordinate, but they all trained by SM and debuted with SM's resources.Even Into the New Worls was supposed to be for MILK, they have recorded the song too. . My Shapley heart ached watching this video, CSJH deserved so much more! Their vocal capabilities amongst SM girl groups are still the best even to this day. Lina’s range and talent are out of this world, I’m still upset over SM for sending them off to Japan when their popularity was on the rise during the One More Time, Ok? era. Maybe because I stan SM which is why I am biased but according to other idols too like Monsta X,Highlight etc SM is dance and best visuals.
