When you entered Rosemoor, you took the same directions I would have done. Why oh why can people not give proper directions, and that chap could have come out a bit sooner, especially when they know an 18 wheeler is coming in. Anyway, I was down there at the end of June, and its a heck of a lot busier with holiday traffic. Looks like total winter time, so much quieter for you :)

A lot of drops they expect clairvoyant drivers to turn up.....within a time frame and constraints that don't remotely disturb the way they operate. This is as a result of haulage using overly cheap labour and involving in a race to the bottom. If transport/labour became more expensive and time was more valuable it would mean they wouldn't be able to keep trucks and drivers sitting around wasting time at their behest.

just be aware led bulbs are not like the fillament bulbs, when a fillament bulb blows, then the live circuit is broken to ground. when an led bulb blows then it goes open circuit to ground. and a 12 volt led bulb on a 24 volt circuit means 12 volts is going straight to ground without the proper sized resistor, which should always be 0 volts, hense the smell of burning was the smell of the short circuit. whereas a 24 volt led on a 12 volt circuit might barely light up due to the resistor inside the led.

Did you buy 12 or 24 volt bulbs mate? Cus if it’s 12 volts you have burned the bulbs as they are made for 12 volt and not 24. I did something like that. I bought a 12 volt to 230v inverter for my truck a few years ago that plugs into the cigarette lighter outlet. Plugged it in to what I thought was a 12 volt outlet. Started it up and it turned off right away and I smelt a burning smell from the device. Apparently, it was a 24 volt outlet🤣

Luke, it really frustrates me that you and other truckers in the supply chain are prevented from tipping at arbitrary times to companies, it's ridiculous. I mean 4pm isn't too late to get unloaded is it? If there are any CEO's or managing directors out there that watch videos such as these, can you get a grip and stop slowing down these drivers who are essential to the smooth running of the UK transport industry? I'm sure your forklift operators could put in an extra few minutes very now and again? They just sound like militant arseholes to be honest!
