What's that sound-03

A Vehicle maneuvers thru the 12-14" rain runoff in the center of a neighborhood street in Va. Beach, Va. T.S. Ernesto officially dropped 11.98" of Rainfall to this area creating moderate flooding to local areas in Tidewater Virginia. I have included videos of some flooding that I recorded in my Neighborhood in the "Weather & Nature" section on this site.
